How to clean the candy dispenser?
After any machine has been used for a long time, it needs to be cleaned and maintained, especially for the food machinery industry, the requirements are more stringent. Candy dispenser machine is one of them.
The fructose quantitative machine needs to be cleaned for the first time, but the process does not need to be too complicated, mainly inspection cleaning. First prepare a cup of boiling water, put it at the outlet to see if there is fructose flowing out, if not, it is clean.
1. To clean the candy dosing machine, turn off the power first. When operating, please clean the barrel with clean water, then wipe it clean and pour fructose into it.
2. The supplementary fructose should be poured slowly to avoid a large number of fructose bubbles affecting the output accuracy.
3. It is recommended to clean the barrel every month of use, and clean the sugar delivery channel with water to prolong the service life of the machine and maintain accuracy.
4. Press the "Continuous/Stop" button after work to discharge the remaining fructose, and then wipe off the remaining fructose with a rag.
5. Pour it in for cleaning (do not use warm water) and wash it with a sponge, then press the "continuous/stop" button to drain the remaining water, and dry the remaining water at the bottom of the bucket with a dry cloth.
6. Do not pour out the fructose by standing upside down or tilting the candy metering machine, otherwise the fructose or water will seep into the IC board through the gap and cause a short circuit.
The Candy dispenser is an automatic packaging equipment that combines pneumatic components and mechanical devices and is controlled by PLC and other peripheral circuits.
